The MMA organized the MMA Fair 2017 in three places: Singapore on March 13 (Mon), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on March 15 (Wed), and Penang, Malaysia on March 17 (Fri), 2017.

Seminars were organized under the theme of MECHATROLINK and IoT (Internet of Things). The MMA and its ten member companies introduced their company profiles and products. As with the fair organized last year, the MMA delivered the latest information and held demonstrations of actual machines.

Almost 200 people visited the fair in each of the three places. We had the impression that many of the visitors were interested in introducing IoT, which has recently attracted global attention, to their workplaces. These events also provided an opportunity for the MMA members to exchange information and ideas. The fair was a meaningful event for the MMA member companies.

The MMA and MMA members will promote the use of MECHATROLINK in the ASEAN region where further growth and development is expected.
