MECHATROLINK Members Association (MMA) participated in the 22nd China International Industry Fair (IAS2020), which took place in Shanghai from September 15 (Tue.) to 19 (Sat.), 2020.

Our booth showcased the latest features of the cutting-edge MECHATROLINK-4 and Σ-LINK II networks. The presentation also included some MECHATROLINK-compatible products manufactured by 17 Chinese companies, such as an ultrasonic welder that utilizes our I/O modules and MECHATROLINK-III technology.

At first, there were some concerns that the COVID-19 pandemic would keep people away from the exhibition, but our booth still managed to attract a lot of customers who want to implement the MECHATROLINK technology, new customers we were introduced to through member companies, as well as a number of local visitors. We received a lot of detailed questions and inquiries from people who showed a genuine interest in using our products.

We are going to continue taking part in other events and webinars in order to promote the MECHATROLINK technology in China.
